CREATING A COMPANY.

After closure of furniture company i was in a state of confusion because there was lot of requirements in the market because of boom in the IT sector and i did not had any company who can fulfill my requirements.So i asked owner of my other company dealing in carpets(Consultant) that why they not set up a furniture division? Initially they were hesitant but after i assured them that there is a ready business and with my expertise they will not have any problem plus they are very confident about my abilities since as a consultant because of my inputs there was vast improvement in their carpet business plus they had seen that how i had transformed a company like Pandey furniture to Geeken.
So they formed a Furniture company called M/S MEGA INTERIORS PVT.LTD.
As a consultant i told them to tie up with some reputed Furniture company in China and get the marketing rights to sell their products in INDIA.So on my advice they went to China and was successful in getting the marketing rights of one of the leading manufactures of furniture in world of ChinaQUAMA BRAND. In-fact they are third largest manufacture of furniture in the world.
                                                         After that i decided on the marketing strategy and pricing policy and within a year we were able to do 20 crore of business mostly in IT sector company like HCL,GE,NIIT etc.But again after getting established they thought that now there is no need of me now since they got well versed with furniture market so they one day politely told me so.Now it was really shocking for me it is like you raised your child since birth and when gets well settled in life he throws you out of your house in old age.I was consultant of there two companies for past 7 years and furniture division was formed by me and suddenly i had nowhere to go.
But after i left them they lost almost all there business of furniture within couple of years and they suffered a huge loss.There is no replacement of expertise

which they realised now.
