As i have became a father so their was an urge to earn more and i got a better offer from M/s Anant raj clay products pvt.Ltd. They are manufacturers of Ceramic Tiles( Romano Brand) and they are also in Real Estate.I was appointed Area Territory Manager for Delhi and got more then double the salary which i was getting earlier in Nitco Tiles. So i was very happy but you never get satisfied and always try to achieve more then what you have.So after working in this company for 8 months one of my Dealer told me that there is a vacancy of Marketing Manager post in M/S GEM SANITARY APPLIANCE LTD who were one of the most reputed brands in bathroom fittings.So i applied for the post and got selected and became Marketing Manager which was my Dream.It was GMGR GROUP one of the most reputed in delhi and they mostly supplied to five star hotels.
In the mean time i became the father of a baby boy ( 1993) and i named him Karna .If you are regular reader of my blog then you know the story behind it.Now family got completed and on professional front also achieved my goal of becoming a marketing manager.Life became beautiful and in marketing you have the advantage of coming back to your house whenever you finish your appointments of the day and as marketing manager you just have couple of appointments daily.So i used to come home early and used to spend most of my time with my babies.
But as the family grow you need more money for their education and these days public school fees are too high.So when i got a better offer from my company's major competitor PARKO BRAND i choose d to join them as marketing manager but soon i had a professional differences with them.
They used to search all their staff when they used to go out of their factory including the marketing staff but when i joined them as marketing manager i told to stop this practice and i told that i will not allow any of marketing staff to be checked and forced them to stop it.
Since i was a rebel since my childhood i never compromised on principals.I told them that if you do not have faith in your employees then they can't be loyal to you.Then their were differences on policy matters and soon i left them to join M/S GOLDEN LOCKS as Marketing Manager and every time i used to join a new company there was jump in the salary package.
